Sandra’s First time Studying Abroad, the beginning of Nissi Publishing

Oxford, a historic city in England, is renowned for its prestigious University of Oxford, the oldest in the English-speaking world. Sandra launched her first website in 2004 in the city of Oxford. Using HTML/CSS, she built a website for the first time that could be accessed worldwide, managed its content, and trained website administrators. This marked the beginning of Nissi Publishing.
